Robert Beltran is a Dewberry Vice President and manager of its Florida water practice. He has worked on integrated water projects in Florida for local municipalities for more than 31 years, including water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater systems.
Beltran’s experience includes serving as the Southwest Florida Water Management District Assistant and Executive Director. In these roles, he worked on water policy and projects that helped form the foundation of key elements of Florida’s current water laws.
He has served as the past president of WateReuse Florida and is currently serving as a board trustee.
