Jo Ann Jackson, P.E., leads Black & Veatch’s National One Water Planning Practice and brings more than 40 years of experience advancing integrated water solutions nationwide. A recognized leader in One Water and water reuse, she has helped shape policy and regulatory frameworks at both state and national levels, with expertise spanning non-potable, environmental, and potable reuse. 

In Florida, she has played a key leadership role in advancing potable reuse, serving on the Florida Potable Reuse Commission, leading the permitting of the JEA H2.0 Purification Center, the first project permitted under the state’s new potable reuse regulations, and supporting the City of Winter Haven’s One Water Plan.

A past president of WateReuse Florida and former WateReuse Association Board member, Jo Ann continues to advance sustainable, resilient water solutions. She holds a Master of Engineering in environmental engineering from the University of Florida.
