Clay County Utility Authority
Jeremy Johnston, PE, serves as the Executive Director for the Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA). He brings 30 years of experience, which includes executive management, operations management, project management, engineering design, and construction support.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and biological engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.
Johnston is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Water Environment Federation (WEF). He also serves as a Director at Large for the Florida Water Environment Association (FWEA) Utility Council representing CCUA in the statewide water and wastewater utility industry.
