Rowland was appointed to the Governing Board in February 2023, and his term expires March 1, 2027.
Born in Lakeland, FL, Rowland graduated from Zephyrhills High School in 1994.
Rowland represents several business interests in a vast array of industries such as transportation and logistics, commercial real estate, farming, ranching, residential development, and investments.
Rowland currently serves as a board member of the Pasco County Fair Association, is a member of the Florida Trucking Association, as well as the Florida and National Cattlemen's Associations. Rowland is a former board member of Habitat for Humanity.
As a fourth generation Floridian, devoted husband and father of five, Rowland feels his experience as a cattle rancher, farmer and business owner provides him a solid understanding of the impact Florida’s water issues have on the state’s economy and its future generations. In addition, Rowland’s experience and passion as an outdoorsman bestows him with an appreciation of Florida’s natural environment and recreational opportunities.
Rowland represents Pasco County.
