2025 Rock Ponds Volunteer Planting

Tampa Bay Watch partnered with the District to coordinate a volunteer community planting event at the Rock Ponds Ecosystem Restoration Project. Volunteers from Raymond James relocated some healthy plants on property to replace ones lost from storm surge during last year’s hurricane season. This initiative aims to promote the revegetation of native plant communities, improve filtration of ponds and enhance habitat.
