ERP Pre-Application Meeting Request
An ERP Pre-Application Meeting Request must be submitted for each project. There will be no more than two projects scheduled for discussion per hour and each project will be assigned their own pre-application number.
Due to the high volume of pre-application meeting requests, scheduling availability is limited. Please be advised that appointment availability may be a month or more out. We recommend planning accordingly.
New Online Scheduling Process
ERP Pre-Application Meeting requests must be submitted through our online scheduling portal. The District no longer takes pre-application meeting requests by email or phone.
The pre-application meeting portal performs best in Chrome or Firefox browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer 9 or 10, please make sure to use compatibility view.
To schedule your meeting:
- Navigate to https://swfwmd.watermatters.org/suite/.
- Log in using your existing credentials. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
- Select the Schedule Pre-Application Meeting button.
- Click Schedule a Meeting.
- Complete the required questionnaire.
- Select an available meeting date and time that works best for you.
Once your meeting is scheduled, you will be automatically assigned a pre-application number, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your meeting details. If you cannot meet at your scheduled time, login and reschedule.
