As director of the Resource Management Division at the Southwest Florida Water Management District, Randy Smith oversees the bureaus that plan, develop and implement District water resource management initiatives concerning water supply, flood protection, natural systems and water quality.
Smith joined the District in 2002 and has held a variety of roles, including Natural Systems & Restoration bureau chief and manager of the SWIM Program.
He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
