Finance Bureau Chief
As bureau chief of Finance, Melisa Lowe oversees the financial activities of the District including budgeting, procurement and accounting.
Lowe began her career with the District in 1992. She has served as an accountant, accounting supervisor and accounting manager.
Lowe holds a Masters of Business Administration from St. Leo University and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rollins College.
