Charlotte County Creeks to be Treated for Water Hyacinth and Water Lettuce

Controlled Burns Scheduled for District Land in Highlands County
The Southwest Florida Water Management District will be conducting “controlled, prescribed burns” during the remainder of August on the District’s Jack Creek property in Highlands County. The property, which is in the Leisure Lakes area, is approximately 1 mile west of U.S. Hwy.

Public workshop on Regional Water Supply Plan in Bartow
