District Initiative Promotes ERP eCompliance

Permittees can now save time and resources by submitting compliance reports online.

With the District’s new Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) eCompliance option, permittees can submit online compliance reports for the following:

  • Construction Commencement Notices
  • Dewatering Plans
  • Effluent Filtration System Construction Notifications
  • Grass Carp Utilization Requests
  • HOA/POA/CDD Information
  • Notifications of Construction Engineer
  • Performance/Wetland Monitoring Reports
  • Sediment and Erosion Control Plans
  • Sinkhole Evaluations and Repair Plans
  • Statements of Completion
  • Statements of Inspection
  • Transfers of Ownership
  • Turbidity Reports
  • Water Quality/Level Reports

ERP permittees can log into their account at WaterMatters.org/ePermitting and select the “New eCompliance” option. Then they follow three easy steps to upload attachments, provide comments and submit compliance reports. If they don’t have an account, they can register for one by clicking on the “Apply Now Button.”
