Human Resources Office Chief
As office chief of Human Resources, Teresa Jepma is responsible for the leadership and oversight of Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Engagement & Retention, Wellness, Benefits, and Risk Management programs and functions.
Prior to joining the District, Jepma had more than 20 years extensive experience in all facets of Human Resources, especially the public sector, and nearly 20 years in management and leadership.
Jepma earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from St. Cloud University, a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from St. Mary’s University, and a doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix.
