Brandon Baldwin

Business and IT Services Director

As director of the Business and IT Services Division, Brandon Baldwin is responsible for leadership and oversight of the Finance and Information Technology bureaus as well as Procurement Services Office.

Baldwin has 16 years of experience in budget, information technology, financial management, procurement, strategy and leadership. His most recent role was the Financial Management Systems Division director for the Department of the Navy.  In this role, he managed a budget of more than $600 million, oversaw financial and IT systems, and led a diverse staff of 24 federal employees and 145 contractors in a hybrid work environment. Other past roles include serving as the Department of the Interior’s senior IT budget officer where he directed a $1.2 billion IT portfolio for approximately 150 personnel, senior information management consultant for Deloitte Consulting, LLP, and financial management analyst for the Department of the Navy. Baldwin also served our country in active duty from 2000-2006 in the United States Navy.

Baldwin earned a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in English literature/creative writing from the University of West Florida. He has earned numerous financial and technological certifications as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
