Low-Flow Toilet Rebate Programs

Most offer up to a $100 rebate when residents replace inefficient toilets with low-flow models. The District splits the cost with participating local governments and utilities.

Since 1991 the District has cooperatively funded retrofit programs such as toilet rebates resulting in an average savings of more than 14 million gallons per day!
