Florida Water StarSM Projects

St. Leo University

St. Leo University in Pasco County is building a new 160-unit residence hall as part of its expansion program. With “responsible stewardship” as one of its core values, St. Leo University made a commitment to implement the Florida Water StarSM program in its future buildings. The residence hall is the latest campus building to be built to the Florida Water StarSM Commercial and Institutional program. Keep coming back for more photos of the building’s progress.
